It seems both players were wearing helments but obviously chin<BR>straps were not secured tightly. Always, the case in the older age<BR>group. When an argument broke out between both players the helmet was<BR>knocked off and one player hit his head on the ice. Hitting your head<BR>on the ice caused unconsciousness briefly but later led to a comma and<BR>death.
